WEB MD: LIFE IS A JOURNEY

Web MD is struggling to reach a younger audience. Nobody wants to see boring medical information begging to be overthought when they stare at their screen. Except, that’s exactly what we do.

So, we leaned into the idea of self-diagnosing, creating a relatable campaign for every hypochondriac.

THE WAITING ROOM

In order to expand on the idea of “self-diagnosing,” Web MD has created The Waiting Room. The Waiting Room is a digital experience where website users can virtually explore all of the (sometimes ridiculous) reasons people are flocking to Web MD for answers. Bonus, it takes place in everyone’s favorite and least intimidating setting, the waiting room of a doctor’s office! It’s like Spotify Wrapped, but for hypochondriacs who really need a lesson on anatomy.
